Loose-fitting blouse with or without epaulets with button trim and shaped flap with button trim has band collar, asymmetrical buttoned closing, self-lined shoulder yoke, side hemline slits and full length sleeves with continuous lap opening pleated into buttoned cuffs. Edge-stitching. Purchased piping or topstitch trim.

Pattern is partly cut and checked complete. Envelope is in good vintage condition, with some white ink marker on the front.
